FAQ
HOW DO I CREATE MY INSPIRATION PAGE?
However you like! I know, that doesn't really help answer your question, right?
Well let me give you some options - these are not the only options, just some that come to mind, feel free to create your own way and impress us all - the sky is the limit.
-magazine clipping collage
-list of things you get excited about, inspired by, or lit up about
-sketch what inspires you with your eyes closed
-draw up an awesome tattoo of what inspires you with a sharpie on your mom who inspires you and then take a picture of it for your page
-dress up in your favorite outfit that inspires you to feel beautiful and alive and take a picture of it
-use your dirty laundry to spell out what inspires you and take a picture of it
-lay your favorite jewelry, lucky penny, dad's wristwatch, car keys, etc on a scanner and use that for your page
-use a collage maker online to help make your page
-on and on and on and on
WHAT'S THE FORMAT?
Please have your inspiring content fit within 8.5in x 11in.
This can be positioned vertically or hortizonal, portrait or landscape, hotdog or hambuger style, inside out, upside down, or around and around. As long as it's 8.5"x11" it's cool. If you are having issues with sizing, let me know and I can help you out.
HOW DO I SUBMIT IT?
There's more than one way to skin a cat - you can....
a. Physically turn in your page at a drop off location, so far those locations are Mignonne in Oakland and Cafe Gratitude in San Rafael (see blog for more info) Please be sure to attach the flyer to your page with the following info filed out: Name, occupation, city, phone/e-mail info. To become a drop off location, let me know you want to be one!
b. e-mail your page in as an attachment (a jpg, pdf, gif, psd, or ai file) to the project e-mail account at source.of.inspiration.project@gmail.com - please be sure to include your name, occupation, city, and phone/e-mail info
c. Upload your page to flickr or anything like that and send me the link via this project event page or through the project e-mail account at source.of.inspiration.project@gmail. Please make sure to note your name, occupation, city, and phone/e-mail info.
d. If you see me often, or would like to see me again after a long time - you can hand it into me personally. Please make sure to have noted your name, occupation, city, phone/e-mail on the flyer or another slip of paper when submitting.
